Delete my accountErases the account and its data.
- Sign in to your Gloop account.
- Go to Settings.
- Tap Delete account, then tap again to confirm.
The deletion is scheduled right away. You have 7 days to undo it in the same place, and after that there is no going back. What gets erased, and what to do if you cannot sign in.
Change passwordChanges your password inside the app.
- Sign in and go to Settings.
- Tap Change password.
- Type your current password and the new one.
Without your current password, use Forgot password on the app’s sign-in screen: Gloop sends a link to the account’s email.
Create accountOpens your Gloop account.
- Open Gloop and tap Get started.
- Fill in your name, email, password and native language.
- Confirm the 6-digit code sent to your email.
Gloop is an app: your account is created in it. If you have not downloaded it yet, get it from your app store.
